I actually obtained the book from his site. It took about 2 hours to read and was well worth the time. I found this extremely inspiring, and it was clearly helpful in deducing what are some avenues to go for for investing. I've only recently gotten into understanding ways to financial freedom and have gone through about 10 books in the past two-three weeks. This was gave the most concrete examples and some possibilities. While it will not explicitly say "do this", I believe the advice was invualuble. Additionally, I am glad I read this after reading those others that I did (rich dad poor dad, 4 hour work week, etc.) because it gave more concrete examples of some of his assets and how they work as well as ways of thinking about money. I recommend it for any beginners to semi-beginners looking to gain some insight into acquiring passive assets quickly.
There is another comment mentioning how it was bragging. I didn't seem to find that was the case, he never said what he made, only deals he has done and some preliminary figures he actually used when starting out at 23.
